There are many things that can be wrong your diet, sleep, workouts and even stress!. As far as exercise on the abs also work the obliques, one day you may devote your time to work your abs!. Best way to work your abs is to work from top to bottom, start with top crunches, then sit-ups/crunches with your legs raised, and last leg raises!. Obliques lay on your side an crunch and raise your leg till you feel the squeeze then release!. One more stand straight up and rotate your torso left to right, do high reps, and if needed use light weights like 10-30lbs and lets not forget cardio!. I don't know what kind of exercises you're doing, but you need to do cardio as well as target the abs with crunches, sit ups, and similar exercises!. Pilates also works great for your abs because you have to keep them tight throughout the whole workout!. And you also have to watch what you eat!. It won't do you any good to workout if you're putting junk into your body!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

well u have to ask urself what kind of exercise you are doing!.!.!.
if u are just doing crunches or sit-ups and stuff lik that!.!.!.then ur stomach wont get flatter!.!.!.thats a common misconception!.!.!.what u have to do is cardio!.!.!.run or swim 5-6 times per week for at least 25 minutesWww@Answer-Health@Com
