Other ways to work out besides running?!


Question: Other ways to work out besides running!?
What are some other ways I can work out that don't consist of running!?
(by running i mean around the block etc)
Could I run in place!? Run up and down the stairs!?
I am dieting and I want to exercise as well but any way besides running on the street!.

Oh and I don't have any weights or anything, and can't go to a gym!.

Well, there are a lot of things you can do!. A good ab workout for me is to lay on my bed, and lay halfway off and do crunches like that!. I know it sounds funny, but you can sure feel it!. You can also try doing just some basic aerobics!. Maybe even belly dancing!. Try going on youtube, and looking up aerobic videos, and belly dancing videos!. get some workout videos!. They can be stupid but they really get you moving!. sit ups, jumping jacks, push ups, and running up and down the stairs are all good ways to get a workout too if you combine them together!. Hope that helpsWww@Answer-Health@Com

Kick boxing and swimming are good!. And if you don't want to leave your home i suggest you do ab+ jumprope+ stairs That's like all you can do in your own home!.!. Hope that helps!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
