How can i get healthy?!


Question: How can i get healthy!?
iam really not healthy
i don't eat breakfast because i dont have time
i dont eat lunch because i dont get hungry sometimes like a bag of chips or some of my friends lunch or pizza
i dont eat dinner
i jsut snack all day

i hate this iam not healthy at all
and iam not stick skinny either
i don't do it on purpse iam just not healthy!.

what do i do !?
everyone thinks i starve myself but i don't i just don't get hungryWww@Answer-Health@Com

Hi Bella, i understand what u are talking about i was once like that and changing seemed like a huge thing to do!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.i did the switch over bit by bit over a period of 2 yrs and still trying to ,make it healthier!. u r on the right track the 1st step is to recognize the problem and admit to self!. start with a small change like introducing 1 fruit in the whole day or having breakfast just an apple while travelling or a glass of milk!. start with any small step and then build on it!.

The best way to lose weight is to eat healthy foods and forget the diets!

It is easy to make some simple changes to what you normally eat and do so you can lose weight safely!.

Here are just some quick tips from the loseweightresources website!.

It would take too long here to exlain why all these tips are good for you!.

Always eat breakfast!. A banana and a pot of yoghurt is quick and healthy!

Use a smaller plate than normal!.

for breakfast, grab an apple, simple, no cooking nessecary!. Eat healthy snacks like nuts,dried fruit,fresh fruit,fresh veggies,dark chocolate((don't go overboard) and organic low-fat yogurt(don't go overboard on that either)Www@Answer-Health@Com
