Question: I want to get a better body, in a healthy way!. Can you help!?
I'm considered thin by everyone else, but every time I look at myself, I don't see it!. In dance class I see myself as too heavy, even though I'm slightly underweight!. (about five feet tall, and eighty-three pounds) I would like to tone my muscles a little, and take off a few unneeded pounds!. I'm not frail, so I dont think this should be that bad!. I don't really want my parents to find out either, since they would think I have problems!. Please tell me how to get a great body that I can be proud of, the healthy way!. I don't want to hear that I shouldn't lose weight, or anything!. I'm going to, so help me do it safely!. Maybe let me know some good healthy snacks, or how many calories I should eat daily!. Thanks for all kind answers!.

Check out the Atkins diet!. You can get an Atkins book for about nothing from Amazon if you get a used one!. Atkins - "New Diet Revolution"!. In the book he'll explain what to eat and why!. People are very successful at losing weight, normalizing blood pressure and cholesterol numbers!. Also a person just feels so much better!. And a little exercise is a good idea too!.

I'd recommend you stick to these foods:

Breakfast:
Orange juice/milk/water/healthy shake
Bagel WITHOUT anything on it
Fruit

Lunch:
Turkey sandwich
Fruit
Water/milk

Dinner:
chicken
rice
pork
Fruit
Veggies
pasta

I'd run or ride a bike to build muscles!. Try to get active in any way, whether it means walking, swinging or just jumping around!

eat lots of fruits and vegetables!. jog for at least 10 minutes a day!. drink lots of water, milk, and juice!. you can eat meat if you like but has to be twice in a week!. stretch a little!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

my track team all does this!.!.!. and everyone is really toned!.!.!. even the girls so ya!.!.!.

do 10 crunches, like standard crunches, then, without stopping, lift your legs at a 90 degree angle and do ten more, then lift your legs straight in the air and do 10, then bring one knee up and one leg lifted off the ground slightly and do ten (no feet touching the ground!.!.!. that's cheating) then switch legs (the knee that was up now goes straight and the straight leg you lift the knee) after that, do ten bicycle thingies!.!.!. but really slowly!.!.!. id ur not feeling the burn, ur doing something wrong!.!.!. then put both legs straight out and lift your feet about three inches off the ground!.!.!. hold that for 30 seconds!.!.!. then, rest for a sec and do 25 pushups!. do about three sets of these a day, 5 days a week!.!.!. and you'll have a gorgeous stomach and arms in no time :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
