Does milk add muscle?!

Question: Does milk add muscle!?
I drink a 16oz skim milk in the morning and a 16oz chocolate milk in the evening!. No soda at all!. I run in the middle, 3-4 miles on an indoor track!. Will this milk intake increase my muscles!? Or will it build strength!? I don't want to get big, I want to stay lean but get stronger!. Any tips!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
It would add muscle and strength because of the protein in the milk, as long as you drink it right before you run!. But running isn't the best sport to add muscle depending on where you want the muscle!. If your just looking for leg muscle, than running is great! Running keeps you in great shape, it's what I do in the off season of my sports to stay in shape!. But, there are better options than milk to build strength and muscle, such as "Muscle Milk!." This has lots of calories to build muscle! Without calories, you might actually lose muscle! Your body needs something to turn into muscle and calories is what your body looks for!. Calories add no fat weight if you turn it into muscle!. One more thing is that running will not even keep you in shape unless you try really hard at it!. Meaning running 3 miles under 20 minutes should be your goal!. If you go for a light jog, you will get no where!. You have to try!Www@Answer-Health@Com

I read a book called Skinny *****, and granted- it's very pro-vegan (which I am not), but the authors make a good point in saying that we are the only animals that drink another species' milk!.!.!. Also, cows' milk is used to build up an already large calf into a much larger adult cow in a short period of time!.!.!. According to their theory, milk is not good for you!. It makes it very easy to put on weight, and it seems like that's not the kind of weight you'd like to put on, especially if you want to stay lean!. I would try to stay away from it if your aim is not to gain weight!. You should drink soy milk (not that bad, especially the flavored) and eat more broccoli for the bone-building calcium!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

not really

but be careful with supplements and stuff because to much calcium intake actually weakens bones!.!.!.!.!.!.!.

btw it should be non-fat milk (otherwise drinking it does nothing but add fat) and the chocolate milk turns STRAIGHT into fat with the sugar!.!.!.!.!.!.
so basically just drink 2-3 glasses of non-fat milk a day and it might help your bones a little!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes you are drinking 16 grams of protein and having a good dose of calcium!. You are building muscle and strong bones!. Also, eat lean meats, chicken, fish and sooner than you think you will be a monster!. Also fruit and veggies, esstential for getting vitamins and nutrients needed to grow!. Also have centrum A-Z vitamin capsule!. You should also split your routines!. Do weight-lifting an hour or 2 a day!. Do this for mon, wed and fri!. Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday!. Running, for about 30min to 1 hour!. Sunday Absolute resting day for you to recover and build muscle, becuase when you rest u still are burning calories!. Anywho, Drink a lot of water as well!. Hope I helped man, because I am 18 and doing the same I am seeing incredible results bro!. Take care and best of luck :)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Milk has a good amount of protein which helps rebuild muscles!. But in order to build muscles you have to use them to begin with!. Using your muscles tears the sinew and when they rebuild the become stronger and bigger!. Peanut butter also has a good amount of protein along with various nuts!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

you run little risk of breaking a bone if you drink that much!. pasta chicken and a bit of red meat will do you just fine!. feel free to stretch alot to give your joints the proper care they need to survive with running!. try swimming as its the best posible cardio because the lack of impact on your knees and feet and great for your back!.!.!. at the gym do alot of reps!. do a drop set for each excersise!. this will help 10 fold with keeping you leanWww@Answer-Health@Com

Hahaha!.!. yeah, dairy producers would LOVE for you to eat that bullshit up!.

Milk is meant for a 1 ton+ animal!. It turns into fat!. Fat does not and cannot turn into muscle!.

The only thing that can build muscle is protein and exercise!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Milk is a terrible supplement!. Ask a nutritionist: the calcium in milk is extremely hard to absorb because of the pasteurization!. The cholesterol and fat in milk is not worth the protein!. Try nuts, beans (combined with rice)!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

the protein in the milk does!. it's good for lean muscle, which is what i'm pretty sure your trying to acheive by what you said in your question!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Actually milk will help you by getting strong bones although it will help your metabolism to lose weight faster but it doesn't help you to get muscle!.
