i'll tell you the only thing that ever worked for me!. i just got married too and this is the trick i used to drop 15 lbs in 2 months leading up to wedding and not have to cut out any food (i hate counting calories or worrying about carbs or fats and i LOVE sugar!.)
ok!. eat anormal breakfast!. whatever you want!. just normal sized!. then a normal lunch!. don't eat dinner!. you will be hungry yes but i have a theory that one must suffer in order to lose weight, just like one must suffer in order to have a good career or anything else worth aspiring for!.
drink tea, drink wine, drink anything you like just don't eat dinner!. if you are starving to death eat a piece of deli meat!.
don't snack much in between meals and drink lots of water!. excercise if you can!. keep portions what they would be if you were eating dinner!. there ya go!. the "don't eat dinner diet" as i like to call it!. works like a charm!. you'll lose 2-3 pounds a week, even if you have a slow metabolism like i do!.
one other thing!.!.!. after you get to your goal weight, go back to normal eating--by that i mean however you ate before you started putting on weight!. then weigh yourself daily!. when your weight goes up 3 pounds, get back on your diet till you're at target weight again!. that way it can't creep up on you out of nowhere!. hope this helps!Www@Answer-Health@Com

The first step is to be honest about how much you eat!. Get a food diary and write down exactly what and how much you eat!. Do this for a week and figure out how many calories a day you eat on average!. Then make small, reasonable changes!. For example, if you eat 10 oreos usually, try to eat 7 or 8!. Better yet, try to substitute it with fat free chocolate pudding!. Ultimately you want to decrease overall calories!.

I strongly urge that you gradually decrease junk and fast food as mucha s possible because it supplies no vitamins or good quality carbs/proteins and does lots of damage to your body!.

Add veggies to every meal!. This adds bulk without too many calories so you feel fuller before you overeat!. Also try to eat salads before meals!. Use fat free dressing!

Good luck! You can do it!

He has a high metabolism and you do not!. So just take 1/4 or 1/2 of what he eats to end your cravings and eat healthy the rest of the time and drink water to curb your hunger!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Try drinking a full glass of water when you wake up every morning!. After 8 hours of sleep your body gets pretty dehydrated, and it messes with your metabolism and make sure to have a cereal breakfast!. Worked for me, learned it in health!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
