Answers:
I just have a little of what I fancy!. I never try and stop myself having anything I want when trying to lose weight, it makes you want it more and more likely to cheat yourself by over eating!. By having a little of what you want you stay in control, get your craving out of the way and dont' have to feel bad about it!Www@Answer-Health@Com
i have been on my diet for 3 weeks so far and have lost just over 1 stone!. i use to comfort eat all the time, i work in an office, so get rid of my boredom i would eat!
i realised enough was enough and said to myself i wanted to lose weight!. i have gone from eating about 2500 calories a day to only eating about 1000, and that is only because the food i eat fills me up!.
i start my day with a bowl of porridge!. i use the oat so simple golden syrup because i cant eat plain!.
if i get hungry before lunch i will snack on an apple, or grapes!.
for lunch i will have either a sandwich or a bowl of soup, and a weight watchers yogurt!.
for dinner a home cooked meal is always best, try to cut out cheese and salt!.
failing that if you dont have time to cook have a weight watchers ready meal!.
if you have a sweet tooth like me have a pudding, i have a pudding about twice a week although i stick to weightwatchers or skinny cow!.
hope this helpsWww@Answer-Health@Com

Stewed apple!.
Stewed pear!.
Any fruit, stewed lol!.
You can pretty much do it with anything, I do it without sugar to reduce cals as much as possible!. But if you get a normal apple, or a normal pear, chop it into tiny pieces and heat it in a small saucepan with a tiny bit of water!.
Nice warm, comforting, sweet food - without major cals!.
Either that or I have rice cakes (17 cals a slice)
Or grapes are also a good one!.
Whatever you want really, there are always ways around!.
