Question: How do i lose excess flab i have around my tummy no amount of sit ups will shift!?
I've had two pregnancies!. my last baby is eighteen months old!. I have lost three dress sizes from exercise since I had the baby!. I continue to do my sit ups and other pilates exercise to strengthen my core and stomach muscles!. I can feel the muscles underneath but the skin won't budge!. no fat, just flesh!. are there any specific stretches or exercises I don't know of that can shift this!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

No amount of an-aerobic exercise will remove body fat!. ( weight training/resistance training!.!. eg sit-ups press-ups)
Keeping to a strict diet will help!. Eat small regular meals throughout the day, maybe 5 meals or so!.
Find out your daily recommended amount of fat, protein and carbohydrates!.
Protein (grams) Your weight(pounds) x 1 example 150 pounds = 150g protein
Carbohydrate 150pound person = 150g carbs
Fat!.!. this one is different!.
Your weight x 0!.22(grams)
Split this into your meals
look online for fat/protein/carbs content of the meal you want to eat and write it down!.
this will keep you active and healthy!.!.
also include cardiovascular exercise into your life, (running, swimming, skiing and all other types of exercise!.!. including sex!)
