Personal diet experiences? Please tell me whats worked for you!?!

Question: Personal diet experiences!? Please tell me whats worked for you!!?
Hi guys!.

So I am very aware that there a about one-trillion-gazillion diet trends out there!. Of course, what the bottom line always seems to be is simple: calories in less than calories out allows for weight loss!.

Well, I am horrible at dieting!. I count calories but I don't enjoy it!. I exercise every day except weekends!. Cardio and weight training combined!. I've been eating "healthy" and haven't lost a single centimeter of my body, nor have I dropped one pound! I decided the scale is not important, but what about seeing results!!?!?!?

I'm desperately wanting to shed this weight and the only times I've succeeded have been with VERY LOW caloric intake =(

Do you think I've already ruined my metabolism!? I've been eating snacks healthily throughout the day for the past 5 months and exercise on average 4 days a week if not 5!. Its starting to depress me and I think I should just go right back to "starving" only eating an apple, some grapes, and drinking tea and water!.

Any tips!?!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hey I discovered by slowly eliminating 'bad food' worked for me!. Firstly, I cut out any extra sugar as I used to add it to my hot drinks and cereal!. Stuff tasted gross at first but now I am used to it!. Next was to get rid of adding salt to cooking and to my meals!. Etc!.!.!.etc!. By eliminating bad things slowly it feels like not a diet (in fact i refuse to use that 'd word' any more) but more of a lifestyle change!. Thinking about the benefits in the future should be a good motivator!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

No you haven't ruined your metabolism, it's good that you count calories but don't obsess!.
I can tell you from experience that the only way to lose weight is to exercise and eat healthy!.Yes eatiing healthy flat out sucks at times, i hate it and wish i could eat junk like everyone else, but once you reach your goals you'll feel better about yourself!. There's no such "diet" that will work, just eat healthy!. Eat about 1600 calories a day, eat several small portioned meals over the course of the day all including protein!. The reason you're not losing weight is probably from your oversnacking, be consistent in your eating and you'll see the weight come off!. be patient too, remember the weight that you come off slowly is the weight you'll keep off!.!. starving will never workWww@Answer-Health@Com
