Is the pyramid method safe for teens?!


Question: Is the pyramid method safe for teens!?
In my school he have a big weight lifting contest at the end of the year, Im trying to do the squat and maybe the bench with the most weight in the school!. I want to gain muscle quick but i dont know if the pyramid methos is same for a 14 year oldWww@Answer-Health@Com

This is what I did, I was about 23 and about 130 pounds benched 135 for 1 rep at that time,8 months later Im now 172 and can bench 245!. You need a high calorie diet to gian muscle and weight quick I started on 2000 and went up to 3000 till I started noticing gains you should be able to eat anything you want always try and avoid to much sugar, and carbs are great for energy I was also eating 6 boiled eggs everday, and switch you work out rutine up do not go to the gym twice in a row and do the same work out you will find yourself getting stuck!. go to Bodybuilding!.com or type that into google it will give your great work out routinesWww@Answer-Health@Com

you are still growing buddy!.!.if you put too much strain on yourself now it can effect you as a young adult!.!.!. don't push it, you will gain a lot more muscle if you wait until your body is ready for the punishmentWww@Answer-Health@Com
