Lunch: A Turkey breast and provolone sandwich on whole grain bread-290 cals
Bowl of tomato soup-200 cals
Dinner: Grilled chicken breast and garlic spinach-unknown cals!? Its home cooked

This depends on your size!. For healthy weight loss you should create a deficit in the recommended amount of calories for your size of 500 per day (either by burning them through exercise or cutting them in diet)!.
This seems like a total of around 1000 calories (depending on the portion size of your dinner) which is the recommended caloric intake of a female who weighs 110 pounds who does no physical activity if she wants to lose a pound a week!.
