Question: Weight loss problem, HELP!!?
I'm in 8th grade and I weigh 171 pounds! please help me I've tried everything!. And I can't do a club thing like LA weight loss, I need something I can do at home!. I want to lose like 50 pounds by next november!. HELP!!!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Well my friend and i did this thing together we made up, but it really works! For my friend, it was just losing some weight (like your situation) I don't consider myself fat, so it was really just getting toned down and more muscular!. This works super fast! Results in like 2 week if you do it right!. But you have 2 commit! Or else it doesnt work, so yeah, but it's not that hard, promise!. Much easier done then said!.

All you need is a notebook, pair of running shoes/work out clothes, and a pen!. Freeweights are optional, but they help your arms!.

So what you do, is you keep track of everything you eat in your notebook, if you have someone else doing this with you great, but it's ok if you don't!. Once a week, check everything you've eaten!. Circle the things that aren't healthy or are high in calories!. Like peanut butter, it's not unhealthy, but high in calories!. For everything that's circled, 50 crunches, and 10 push-ups!. (If pushups are hard for you, like they were for my friend, just do 20 girl pushups!.) Every 3 weeks, increase by 20 for the crunches, and 5 for the pushups!. Until you get to 100 crunches, and 50 pushups, don't go much higher than that!.

Twice a day, do 100 crunches, minimum of two stops in your crunches!. And 50 pushups a day, in 15 intervals!. If you have freeweights, just lift those for awhile, be reasonable with them though!. Run every other day, start at 10 minutes at a slow pace, and then increase 5 minutes every 3 days, until you get to 45 minutes, then just increase speed!.

the big idea is that you really need to set your mind to it!.

Once you are serious about it, you can start to exercise!.
(you can join a sport)

Try running/jogging as many blocks as you can!. then once you get the hang of it run more and more!. You can also do other things besides running, but whatever it is it has to be daily!.

you also have to eat as healthy as you can, trying to avoid really unhealthy food!.
