How do i go about building stamina and lose weight?!


Question: How do i go about building stamina and lose weight!?
I am 14 years old, 5" 6, and 215 pounds!. and its annoying when everyone else can run laps without a problem and i think im going to die halfway through a lap!. and also last year i could do 20 pushups then over the summer i played video games and never exercised(which is how i went up from 185 to 215) and now i can do any pushups i do 1 then just drop!. Lastly does anyone know of the easiest way to lose the weight and man boobs(everyone will be like oh you dont have a dollar but u can pay for those breast huh) has anyone had this problem and if you did what did you do!. any help is appreciatedWww@Answer-Health@Com


Answers:
Start walking and gradually decrease your calorie intake!. Try to eat healthy foods, fruit, vegetables, whole grains, rice, almonds etc!. Avoid fast foods and frozen processed food (bad for you)!. Walk for 20 minutes as many times a day as you can!. Take it slow at first and gradually increase the distance and speed!.
Please remember permanent weight loss takes time and patience!.
