Question: Working out and diet is not working!. i am exhausted!!!!!?
I am working out, i m doing 1 hour cardio every day and free weights for about 30 minutes, i am watching my diet and eating small frequent portion!. I even join the yoga class!. I am still not loosing weight!. I don't know what i am doing wrong!. I mean i go to gym like 6 times a week and i don't know how can lose weight!. I have tried weight loss pills, i cant handle too much caffeine so it didn't work!. I even tried that wu yi tea and green tea, its didn't work!. please help!!!! all i can think now is to starve my self!. i m not overly overweight!. i am 5 4 and about 158 lbs!. as for my age (21) and height i think i should be more frond 125 to 130!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The best way to lose weight is to eat healthy foods and forget the diets!

Weight loss can be simple - and as in your case - very, very hard!. It seems to me that you have quite a bit of emphasis on exercise and working out, which is not bad per se, but it only counts for 20% of your battle to lose weight!. The rest is made up by watching what you eat and when!.
