Ok im 14 and i think im fat I way like 110-115 and i wanna get back into size zero!.!. but yeah what would be the best way to do that!? and how many calories should i eat!? I do run alot nd ride bikes But i heard if u have sex Ur butt gets bigger is that true!? im very atletic and walk alot but i wanna lose weight faster!Www@Answer-Health@Com

It depends on your height!. If you are 5 foot you should weigh about 100lbs!. For every inch after 5 feet add 5lbs!. So lets say you are 5 foot 6 inches!. then you would weigh about 130lbs!. This is pretty accurate but there are other factors to consider such as muscle!. As for the butt sex thing well idk!.
