Question: I need some help with losing more weight! What can I do!?
I need to lose 30 pounds in 3 months!. I have already lost 28 I exercise everyday with cardio and strengthing and I eat about 1200 calories per day with the once a week treat for myself!.
At this rate I will never lose the rest in time!
I am doing everything right! What else can I do!
Supplements!? Colon Cleanse!? Eat only yogurt!?

What you are doing is a good strategy, you should never try to loose weight very fast, it may cause you harm in the long run!. Also the name of the game is consistency and you should be trying to be consistent i mean to say maintain body weight after losing it!.
