Is oatmeal ok during weight loss? ?!


Question: Is oatmeal ok during weight loss!? !?
I started out at 145 and am now at 135, trying to get to 125-130!. I exercise every day and had been cutting carbs like crazy, but I can tell that my body needs whole grain bc I cut it out too much!. Is oatmeal ok in the morning!? I am thinking it will fill me up and also give me fiber!.
As long as I work it off is this a good idea!?

Yes oatmeal is very good choice!. Good time to take it is in the morning!. Oatmeal contains fibers and healthy fats!.

But be careful!. Do not take it before cardio, because your body will use the energy from it not from your fats!.

Also do not eat it after training, because it contains slow carbos!. After training you should eat something sweet!.

Also forget about oatmeal for dinner!. I see you are right as think to take it with your breakfast, because this is really best time to eat oatmeal!.

Do not forget to eat protein with every meal, because you were reduce your carbos!.

Low carb diets!.!.SUCK!. Yes indulge in a low-fat bowl of oatmeal with a bowl of fresh fruit on the side, and a glass of fresh orange juice!. Stop cutting carbs like crazy, wanna loose a good amount of weight!? cut animal products like crazy, they're the bad boys with unhealthy levels of protein,fat,and cholesterol!. A small container of yogurt twice a week won't hurt though!. just make sure it is organic and gelatin-free(gelatin is made from animal bones and hoof trimmings!.!.grooosss)

From my dieting experience, oatmeal is one of the best foods to lose weight!. I have some in the morning and it fills me up as I had just ate a huge meal, and keep in mind I only have lilke 1/2 or 3/4 cup with soy milk!. Max is 300 calories and I don't feel hungry until after lunch time!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

oatmeal is one of the best things you can eat in the morning!. it fills you up, keep you regular, lowers your cholestrol and it is good for you!. ansd also try cereals that have oatmeal in them, so like that you can vary the taste in the morning!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
