I've recently began training to compete in figure competitions which focus on muscle tone and definition!. The best way to complete any exercise regimen (so I've discovered through research and talking to several well trained body builders) is with cardio because during your resistance training, all muscle proteins are depleted and broken down!. If you complete your workout with cardio, your body will be looking for an energy source to burn and since all proteins have been exhausted guess what!? Your body will begin to devour the fat!. Post workout it is extremely important that you replace all of the depleted protein with a quick absorbing protein substance!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

it's better to get your cardio in first!. When you do cardio you will still burn calories after, so while your doing abs or weights you will actually burn more than if you do them before your cardio!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
