When you are losing weight, you should exercise and diet together!.
If you exercise without dieting, you will get bigger appetite, which
will lead to increase of weight, or muscle grow
underneath the fat layer, and make you bulkier!. If you diet without
exercising, you will become flabby and will have excess skin!. For
diet, go wheat free!. No pasta, pizza, bread and so on!. And no food
after 7 p!.m!. People achieve marvellous results with it!. Depending on
your initial weight, you can drop upwards from 20 pounds a month!. If
you don't eat wheat then you don't eat all those sticky, fatty goey
cakes, you don't eat junk food, and you don't eat biscuits!. But your
diet is still balanced!. It costs nothing, and you do not have to
calculate points or to buy special meals or plans!. For exercising,
start with walking, and then switch to running/jogging!. Running is the
most efficient and calorie-burn exercise ever!. If you are overweight a
lot, walk first or you may have health complications (heart attack,
disjointed bones and so on)!. Weight lifting is a good means to target
your problem areas for men and women!. It's not necessarily to become a
bodybuilder or even join a gym - a couple of dumbbells will help you
to target your problem areas (stomach, butt, legs, arms, chest)!.

Follow what the other guys said!. I want from a 103 to 83kg in about 4 months!. I watched what i ate and started reducing all the bad stuff, a snickers instead of a meal Dr P to give me a caffeine boost etc!. If like me you want to lose weight but love the bad stuff start a diet record and see how the Cal's are coming in and change the Habit slowly!. Start walking more and doing some phys to get your mind into it don't feel you should be only eating lettuce and running a 4 min mile!. The weight will drop to start with quite quickly which you should record and make sure you don't give up the odd treat!. Weigh yourself once a week and put good and bad notes to it Like take away and 5 mile walk etc!. When you get settled in that regime go up one cut out all the bad stuff and train harder but only do this for a couple of days at a time and then go back to your first level for a treat!. With training do it for either 2 or 3 days then a rest day don't train in blocks with rest blocks ie 4 days training 4 days off do at least 2 days and a day off but very your training and do something you enjoy!. well for the best results you need to lose it slow but steady
so i am presuming you eat about 2500- 3000 cals a day!?!?
so start off eating 2000- 2500 cals a day and exercising for 30 mins each day!. taking it in turn, one day cardio , one day brisk walk!. after two to three weeks, depending if the weight loss is still going good, you need to low the calories by 500 !.
here are good foods to eat
breakfast
oatmeal made with semi skimmed milk and honey and fruit and seeds
bran flakes with semi skimmed milk and fruit
two wholemeal slices of toast thinly spread with peanut butter
smoothies made from low fat yogurt , fruit , honey and flaxseed oil!.

lunch and dinner
tuna/ salmon steak with brown rice , soy sauce and lots of veg
wholegrain pasta with tuna and tomato sauce and veg
brown rice and chicken and black bean sauce and veg
these new pots ( from uk ) they are called innocent veg pots ( suppper good)
home made soup made protein ie lentils, chicken, chick peas and veg
and a wholemeal roll
whole grain egg and cress/ tuna and sweetcorn sandwich and low fat yogurt

SNACKS
celery and peanut butter
almonds
peanut better on apple
skinny cow ice cream
low fat yogurt
high bran cereal
rice cakes
snack a jacks

One of my friends was about your size and about a year ago she started something called the 1st Personal Diet!. It's based on your own blood and they custom write a diet for you!. Anyways, after a few months, her husband and sister started the program too and they all lost weight!.

The best medicine is exercise and less food!. We are what we eat!. Try to eat smaller portions!. At first you will be hungry because your stomach is expanded further than necessary!. But after a while you will become accustomed to a plateful of dinner!. Also balance your diet!. Avoid fats!. Eat carbohydrates rather than fat, pasta instead of cake for example!. Getting rid of fat will not be easy, you need to have a "can do"attitude!. Doing rigorous exercise my be uncomfortable and hurt a bit but it is all for the best for the long-term benefits!.
