Is this a good PLAN?!??!!?!


Question: Is this a good PLAN!?!!?!?!!!?
So 2 years ago i did nutrisystem, the food delevery service!.

this was an ex of a day:

breakfast- nutrisystem breakfast, 1 fruit serving, 1 protein or dairy serving
lunch- salad and nutrisystem lunch
snack- 1 protein and 1 fruit
dinner- salad and nutrisystem dinner
snack- nutrisystem "dessert"

i lost about 15 pounds

since then ive gained a bit 10-20lbs

i was wondering if I followed that same "plan"
but not get the food from nutrisystem but just make my own kind of foods will this work!?

Do you think i can lose weight even if i dont use the "low glycimic secret food" that they use!?

Of course you can lose weight without using their food!

Create your own diet plan, you already know the components of it!. Lots of fruits and veggies, lean protein, whole grains, cut out the sweets!.

Use calorieking!.com to gauge the calorie content of your food and track it for as long as it takes to train yourself to eat in a healthy way!. Eat at proper intervals (something small within 1/2 hour of waking up and every 4 hours throughout the day) and keep your caloric intake at a level where it's a deficit of 500 calories per day under what is recommended for maintenance of your weight!.
