I am on a 5x5 workout routine called Rippetoes Starting Strength!.
http://forum!.bodybuilding!.com/showthread!.!.!.

Basically, it forgets about all the tons of different exercises in favor of the few that work out your major muscle groups!. But these exercises also target many secondary groups!. So, while you'll be directly hitting big groups like chest, legs, shoulders, etc, smaller muscles like biceps, forearms, and others will also develop since they have to assist the bigger ones!.

It also focuses on low rep, high weight workout to stimulate growth!. So you will lift 5 sets of 5 reps on each exercise!. Each workout, you will add weight!. Check out the link above for specifics!.

You will definitely need to consume enough calories in order to grow muscle!. If you have trouble, you can definitely pick up some good weight gainer supplements from GNC or bodybuilding!.com site sells for good prices on lots of stuff!. Most of this is just high calorie & high protein--nothing crazy about it like steroids!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you want to get bigger, you will need to eat a TON at your age!. You can eat whatever the heck you want, don't worry so much about supplements -- because you're metabolism is so fast you can get all the protein and vitamins from regular food when you're not worried about calories!.
Lots of meat and some milk shakes plus plenty of fresh vegetables should do the trick!.
Lifting isn't the only way to go!. Take your time and find exercises you like!. Try to get stronger!. Exert yourself hard at any sport or activity except jogging (that only makes you smaller)!. But you should be making your muscles sore by working them hard at least 2-3 times a week!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

creatine can stunt spinal cord growth until you are 18!. you have natural creatine that is released in your spinal cord and some red meat can aid in releasing that!. you jus need alot of protein in your life!. it doesnt matter what you lift now you can build on that no matter what it is!. i would only suggest eating as much protein as you can and lifting weight at low reps and the heaviest weight you can do at those repsWww@Answer-Health@Com

you need to focus on heavy lifting!.!. not light!.!. and lower reps!.!.!.
train each muscle once a week
and eat alot of protein and alot of carbs!.!. if u gain too much fat reduce the carbs
train each muscle once a week]
and take supplments!.!.
whey protein
glutamineWww@Answer-Health@Com

For how much weight, it depends on your strength!. Ensure that you eat alot of protein, as this will help with muscle growth and repair!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
