Basketball or volleyball?!


Question: Basketball or volleyball!?
i would lose more weight playing basketball than volleyball right!?
since its more vigorious and there's more action and running right!?
i played volleyball for the first 2 months of school,
then we went off-season(im in junior high)
so in like 20 minutes, im going to go to school because we're having basketball tryouts,
(i hope i make it, it ends tuesday)
anywayz~
heres another question-
if i can run a mile in 10 minutes and 37 seconds and im overweight(does it make a difference!?) is that good!?
i supposed to run one in 9 minutes but only like!.!.!. 10 people can do that so farWww@Answer-Health@Com

basketball would make you lose more weight!. have confidence, im sure you'll make it :)
well if youre overweight, it'll affect your stamina and endurance but don't overexert yourself just to get under 9 min and your time is decent!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
