What is a good exercise routine for a teenage girl?!


Question: What is a good exercise routine for a teenage girl!?

I am a 16 year old girl looking to lose 10pounds as soon as possible!. My main target is my legs my tummy and my hips!. it would be fantastic if somebody could post a simple exercise plan for each day of the week!? Maybe a exercise plan to help me lose 300 calories that i eat or more!.
