What about this Eating/Excercise Schedule?!


Question: What about this Eating/Excercise Schedule!?



Okay I just want to know if im going to loose anymore weight with this!. I'm 5'4 and weigh about 90-92 im a recovering annorexic and i am happy with this schedual but my mom still wants me to gain wieght and makes me eat a dessert everynight!. Honestly i want to maintain this weight and not gain will you tell me if i will loose or gain or maintain at this scehdual!? I would like to also here your opioins about it!.

Here's My schedule!.

Monday:
Breakfast: Lower sugar Oatmeal with Special K cereal on top (about a cup)

3:00 p!.m: A low fat small All natural strawberry banana Smoothie with a protein boost at the Gym

Dinner: Turkey Cranberry Wrap with a side salad and a small slice of cake

Excercise: 7 Miles On the Treadmill at 7mph (increasing speed to eventually 8 mph over and hour period)!. and i also have an aerobics class at school!.

Tuesday:

Breakfast: same thing

3:00 : Starbucks Vivanno smoothie (Chocolate bannana) with non-fat milk!. (around 300 calories)

Excercise: I have Ballet traning for an hour and a half!.

Dinner: Small turkey sandwich and a chef salad
Then i had some Frozen Yogurt with fat free cool whip for desert

Wednesday:

Breakfast: same thing

3:00p!.m: Low fat small protein smoothie at gym

Dinner: Turkey cranberry wrap with side salad and 1 large cupcake!.

Excercise: Run 7 miles at the gym and ran in aerobics that day too for 1 mile!.

Thursday: sames as Tuesday

Friday: same as monday and wednesday

Saturday: i have ballet for an hour and a half and rehersals

I eat a bannana and oatmeal with cereal on top before dance and then I will have whatever for dinner and maybe a coffe or lowfat frapp-a-chino in the middle of the day

Sunday:
Breakfast: Two pop-tarts

Then i go for a run for 7!.5 miles under an hour

THen i usually have a low cal Frapp-a-cino at starbucks

Then eat like a big veggie calazon from the pizza place

I'm worried about you! It does not sound like you are eating enough calories a day to gain weight, especially with the kind of exercise you are doing!. According to a body mass index calculator you are seriously under weight!. 18!.5 is the lowest number displayed on the chart and according to your weight and height your BMI is at 15!.8!. Sweet heart, that's scary! You need to aim for a healthy weight and do what ever it takes to overcome the anorexia!. I don't know what to tell you about overcoming!. But I do know that you need to add some more food to your diet!.

I am going to suggest that you go to sparkpeople!.com, this is a site for people who want to loose weight, maintain weight or gain some weight!. It has a nutrition tracker, fitness tracker and weigh-in!. It will also tell you how many calories you need to consume to maintain a healthy weight and more!. I hope you'll go!. It will give you an idea of how much you should be eating!.

I know you think that if you gain more weight you'll feel fat, but sweet heart, try weighing 235 lbs!. then you'll feel fat!. I think if you'll just put your mind to it and decide that you want to be healthy, you can get to a healthy weight and not be fat!. I'll be praying for you!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If possible I would add lunch (maybe a steak or chicken with vegetables) and cut back the running by half the distance!.
