Aproximately 8-10 lbs!. If you actually do this make sure to drink water!.

If you do not binge and stay with a high protein/low carb plan you will stabalize!.

Keep in mind that fasting long term will deplete you muscle more than your fat stores!. This is a bad thing as you will have less muscle to then help burn fat for energy!.
