i carry weight on my hips and upper thighs
is it possible to lose weight from these areas!?i know you cant spot train or whatever!. oh and any tips on weight loss!?

Yes it is possible to lose weight from these areas, but your success will be contingent on things like your age and motivation to change!. The younger you are, the easier it probably is to lose weight!. That being said even if you're eighty it doesn't mean you can't lose weight!.

For starters take a look at your diet and start making any possible changes to reduce the amount of energy you consume!. i!.e change from drinking juice or soft drink to drinking tea or water!. simple stuff like that really helps!.

Secondly if you're not doing any activity try just going for a 30min walk a few times a week and take a friend if you want make the exercise enjoyable, that way you're more likely to keep doing it!. If you don't like walking then ride a bike or go rowing or swimming- the point is if you like it then you will continue with it!.

Weight loss isn't all that complicated if you're already pretty healthy!. Simply exercise 30 minutes - 1 hour a day (aerobic exercises such as running, jogging, jump roping, etc!.) and cut down to 1300-1500 calories a day!. It's that simple!.

good exercise for you inner theighs would be if you lay on your side and cross one leg over the other and hold your ankle (ur heel should be touching your hip) and then move your leg that's straight up and down and that's supposed to help tone them!. sorry it's hard to explain!.!.hope this helped!Www@Answer-Health@Com

this is an easy tip!. blend 2 green apples and without straining drink the juice!. also if you can add 10 tbsp of oats in your daily diet you will difinitely lose weight in 2 months!. weigh yourself before you start on this!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
