Question: Best way to lose weight (exercises)!?
Ok id like to lose some weight cuz im putting lots on lately, what are the most effective ways to lose weight:
1!.under the chin area
2!.tummy flubber
3!.around the butt

Answers:
You can't really target where you want to lose weight, but you can target where you want to TONE!. This is because to lose weight you have to do cardio work-outs!. These are exercise sessions that make your heart race, by working your whole or most of your body!.

Under the chin is actually mainly skin, not fat, and sadly not much can be done to help this area!. Tummy and butt flubber can be helped unless it is cellulite or actual flab!.

Here are some exercise tips:
Again, Cardio is the key to healthy Weight loss, get that heart pumping to burn that fat off!
For the tummy and bum: I got this tip from 'The Lazy Girls Guide' by A!.J!. Rochester and it works really well over time!. While your casually standing anywhere at all, clench your butt muscles or tummy muscles (or both) for 5 seconds, release for 3!. Repeat over and over as much as you can for the best toning results!.
Take stairs instead of lifts and skip every second stair going up!. This is great for the buns and good for the thighs!

Aside from this all I can say is general exercise is the key!. Walking, jogging, taking stairs, even cleaning your house/apartment is very good exercise and works muscles you don't usually use!.

Skipping is an excellent exercise too!. As is yoga!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Unfortunately you can't really target where you lose weight!. For example doing sit-ups doesn't mean you're going to lose flab around your stomach!. It will help your stomach to look better once the weight it off - but not actually in losing the weight!.

I've just lost a fair amount of weight & it's simple!.

First of all & utmost - WILL POWER!. You have to say NO regardless of how tempting things are!.

Secondly - it's as simple as calories in / calories out!.

Eat a balanced diet minimising fat intake!.

Do more exercise!.

If you find during the day you're hungry that's a good thing!.

Keep it that simple!. Don't waste your money on tablets, meal replacements, powders, etc!. IT'S ALL JUNK!.

Stick to your diet & exercise & the weight will come off!.

Exercise!.

I'd start by running and lifting weights!. Cycling is also good, and less stress full than running!.

move onto Pilate's once you've lost a bit and that will tone you really nicely!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
