You are eating a mix, which probably means seasoned!. The extra salt adds tons of extra calories as well!. Raisins may have been sweetened with sugar!. Nuts are naturally full of fat (good fat but still full of calories) and high calories, but they are good for you in SMALL doses!. For example, a 1/4 cup of peanuts or 12 almonds is a healthy snack!. As for raisins try to only buy unsweetened ones!. Also, if you want mixes, make them yourself and don't add extra seasoning!. Just limit portions and you will be fine!. Also, a one time indulgence won't hurt you so don't worry about this time you ate themWww@Answer-Health@Com

Nuts derive 70 to 90 percent of their calories from fat!. As a result, the crunchy, delicious morsels have been verboten for people on low-fat diets, especially those interested in preventing obesity, diabetes, heart disease and the fat-related cancers, particularly breast, colon and prostate cancer!.
