your abs should be trained like any other muscle, so that means working them hard and from all angles to get best results!.
try this next time your in the gym
crunches - 3 sets of 12 reps
oblique crunches - 3 sets of 8 reps
hanging leg raises or reverse crunches - 2 sets of 10 reps
this plan has worked for me, so i hope it works for you but remember to eat healthy aswell otherwise you will never see those abs!.
