J G, try doing squats done flat footed with your back as straight as possible and your butt sticking out!. This position will force your "glutes" (gluteus maximus - the anatomical name for butts) to do most of the work!. Not only will your glutes get bigger, they will become more shapely!. This is good news for both men and women!. Try doing it with weights!. Like 3 to 6 sets of 10 repetitions every other day!. No need to use heavy weights!. 50 to 100 pounds should be more than enough resistance!. If you belong to a physical fitness center doing this exercise should be no problem at all!. One last word!. Attaining your goal will not happen over night!. You will have to design a program that you will be able to stick to for at least 6 months to a year!. Good luck!. MikeWww@Answer-Health@Com

squats w/ weights!. dunno- 3 sets of 20 is good!. use enough weight so it is a real challenge but you can do that many!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
