Question: Fat guy needs some exercise help!.!.!?
my thighs and hips are sore after doing the nasty!.!.yes that!.!.the position we use has me on my knees facing her!.!.yes!.!.I am strait!.!.and after a while I get sore and it takes days to recover !.!.what exercise would help me recover and improve my Performance!.!.and I can go many times!.!.so no little blue pill jokes!.!.thanks!.!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Start slow !.!. Working up to longer walks!.!. We actually take walks together in the woods on the paths on her property!.!. Take a walking stick!.!. We do!.!. Stop to rest and enjoy the view!.!.It doesn t take much to walk a bit further every day!.!. The best way to improve strength in you thighs is to do squats!.!.and more squats!.!. and then when you get tired, you can do some squats :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
