Sore after working out?!
Question: Sore after working out!?
After playing volleyball I was extremely sore (thighs mainly)!. Nothing out of the normal, but someone suggested that I workout again to ease the pain!. Will that help!? I stretch every morning and evening since the day I played (21-oct), but it hasn't helped!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Normally stretching eases the tightness and thus the pain!. However, sometimes if you have pulled a ligament or muscle, you may need an anti-inflammatory!. A hot compress alternated with a cold compress also eases the pain!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
If your stretching you need to warm up your muscles first and you can do that by jogging!. Yeah you probably did something to pull your muscle in your thighs or maybe you didn't get enough sleep the night before have!.Drink more water too can help!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
Walking helps, then stretch after that!. And take a hot shower/ bath!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
