Question: How do I become size 8 (UK) in two weeks!?
I'm a UK size 10 and my Dad is having a wedding in two weeks and I want to look super slim for it!.
I'm quite chubby around the front and sides!.

If you could give me your weight I could tailor this slightly more!.
But essentially, you need to decrease your kcal (calorie) intake by 500kcal a day to lose 1lb of weight a week,
So, if you restrict them for two weeks to about 1500kcal a day that's your first 2lb gone!. This will make a difference on your size 10 frame considering your height!.
To further increase this you want to up your exercise!. Toning your muscles has two benefits, not only will the tone look good under your skin - but the extra tone burns more kcal at rest as well! More tone increases your metabolism!.
So, if you're serious about this for his wedding, I reckon for the two weeks you should spend 3 days (not two in a row) per week running, speed walking, swimming or cycling!. Then also have 3 days of weight resistance training!. Lifting a water bottle 25 times with your arms!. Doing 30 deep squats with your legs!. And crunches for your stomach!.
