Is walking a good choice of excercise?!
Question: Is walking a good choice of excercise!?
I really really really hate running!. I know youre gonna tell me to suck it up, but it is ONE excercise that i just despise! I like yoga, walking, lifting, dancing, playing sports, but JUST running endless without a point is just sucky to me!. So I think walking is a good alternative!. Is 30~45 minutes of daily walking a good excercise!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes, it is wonderful!. Get yourself a pedometer to monitor steps and there you go!. The ideal is 10,000 steps a day-I try for 11,000 or more because just a few more steps "beyond" do make a difference in my energy level!. Do what works for you!. Yoga is amazing as well!. I keep hand weights at my desk to play with when I am on hold!. Running and jogging are not the best choices for everyone!. Sounds like you have a great start!.

yes it is and you know that you can burn more calories by walking then running!. running just takes your energy away faster!. yes walking for 30-45 minutes is good because it is a mile if you walk that long n matter what!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Yes, but just make sure you spend much of that time with your heart rate up in order to lose weight!. When I used to care!.!.!.I mean have the energy!.!.!.lol, I noticed that if I ran for like 30 seconds every now and then during the walk it would really make me lose weight fast!. Yes, walking is good for you!. But you could tae-bo, swim, step class, step machine, walk up and down stairs, elliptical machine, play sports, and dance your way to good health!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
