Does keeping a food diary help?!


Question: Does keeping a food diary help!?
I'm determined to drop a few lbs!. and was wondering if keeping a food diary really is key to realizing what you're eating and help drop a few pounds!? And how am i supposed to do this if i eat out or am eating at someone else's house eating!? I feel like it would be rude to refuse what they're offereing!. I"m wanting to lose about 20-30 lbs!. And i'm on low fat diet and was told to exercise 4 days a week for 30 minutes!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes, Yes, Yes! I have been doing this for 5 weeks now and I have shed 10 lbs!. I am following a Weight Watcher plan, but the key is keeping track of what you eat, and then being able to refer to previous weeks to see what has worked or not worked for your weight loss!.

The website below is great for dining out as well as any site that allows you to keep track of your food intake as well as exercise!.

Keeping a food diary really does help!.!.!.you'd be surprised at how calories add up!. When you eat out, be sure to watch out for fried foods and fast food!. One bigmac contains nearly a whole day's worth of calories! If you're eating at someone else's house, just let them know you're on a diet and the type of diet you're on!.!.!.but if the food is still not right for your diet, its ok to 'cheat' once in a while!.
