I found the exercise bike and treadmill an easy one to start off with!. You can take it at your own pace!. There is always someone in a gym that will be able to give you advice and maybe even devise a plan!. But good on you for making the attempt to get into a gym in the first place!.

Swimming is good for your joints and you are using everything when u do so!.I would do about 30 to 40 minutes of swimming!.U don't want to swim to the point were you can hardly talk cuz you're breathing so hard though!.After that u should walk on a tredmill!.If your gym does'nt have a pool then I would spend about 30 minutes on the tredmill and 10 minutes doing stomach exercises!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
Maybe you can start by walking at a fast pace round the track build up the laps then take it from there!. Dont do to much otherwise you will get to worn out and loose motivation!. :)Www@Answer-Health@Com
