Question: Should Omega 3 fish oil capsules contain some saturated fat!?
I just purchased some and it has saturated fat, poly and monounsaturated, cholesterol, and protein!. The monounsaturated fat has more grams than the polyunsaturated fat and the saturated fat!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

that's a good thing!. a little bit of everything is always a good thing for your body, so yes, its alright that they contain saturated fat because there's nothing on this planet (man made and edible) that doesn't contain saturated fat!. Just as long as its low!.!.!.!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
