Couple of questions about build muscle?!


Question: Couple of questions about build muscle!?
k so i was wondering what that muscle called under the abs the V shaped thing!? not really a V shape but like an upside down L shape!? and wat work outs that i could do to get it!.

And wat muscles do squats help build!?

I am assuming that by "under the abs" you mean the V that forms from your sides that kind of make a V shape that kind of point to your groin!. A la Brad Pitt in Fight club!? These are your external obliques!. For the other posters, the triceps are on your arms, specifically the horseshoe shaped muscles on the back of your arms!. Not under the abs!. There are many exercises that will work your external obliques, side bends, lumberjacks, etc!. But they will never be prominent without a low body fat percentage!.

I would say if this is what you are specifically looking for, do a google for exercises that target them!. But be aware that unless you are very cut, you will never really see them!.

As for squats, they are one of the two best lifts you can do for overall fitness/strength (the other being deadlifts)!. They work everything from quads to hammys to back to shoulders!.

Definitely squat and deadlift!. Everything else will follow those two lifts!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
