Why is low calorie diet + exercise bad?!

Question: Why is low calorie diet + exercise bad!?
Hi everyone, ive got a question!. Why do people say that low calorie diet (0 to 600 calories a day) + exercise is bad!?

I just ran for a few miles and did muscle exercices (abs, glutes, etc)!.

I'm trembling and hurting but I feel great, I haven't ate much and don't want to, all it does is make you feel sick and bloated!.

And btw! Why is it that when I run I get this stingy feeling at the lower-left and lower-right corners of the stomach!? I've had this problem since day one! :SWww@Answer-Health@Com

A low calorie diet and exercise in moderation isn't bad!. You don't want to starve yourself!. Plus if you don't ingest enough calories your body will go into starvation mode!. Rather than burning fat it will store everything to help you survive!. You're better off each a lot of small meals throughout the day (about 6) rather than barely eating three squares!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

600 calories in 24 hours qualifies as a diagnosis of anorexia!. Trembling and hurting does not qualify as "feeling great", and you tremble and hurt because your body consumes itself instead of the needed fuel it is not getting from adequate nutrition!. Anorexia eventually leads to damaged internal organs, especially the heart!. Anorexics most often die from heart failure!. You are doing yourself no service, suggest you seek treatment for anorexia!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

I did the diet you are talking about and lost 70 pounds in 5 months!. However, it's tough and not healthy!. I used to get very hungry and feel oh so miserable!.!.!.it was tough!. I hope you are taking vitamins because you are probably not getting all that you need from the limited food you eat!. I would up your calorie intake though, it's no way to live!.

with that few calories you arent getting the nutrients your body needs to be healty and function properly!. i've had that feeling before too, i think its just your hips still getting used to running!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Calories don't get you fat!. Just make sure you stay away form fats, sugars, and get alot of portein and FIBER!!!!!! that is key!Www@Answer-Health@Com

Two good reasons: cortisol and catabolism!. Overtraining and undereating can actually work against you!. People who overtrain can find that an increase in cortisol can actually cause them to retain water!. When the cells are signalled to hold onto water, they also will retain fat!. Your body feels it is in stressful conditions and pumps out cortisol as a response!. Cortisol is also catabolic!. Your body will strip down its own protein to get what it is missing and the first thing to go will be muscle!. So you won't be getting the good muscles you need!. You may be losing weight, but you won't get the desired effect!.
