A question on the bicep curl?!


Question: A question on the bicep curl!?
I bicep curl 3 days a week, monday, wednesday, and friday!. Am I curling to many days a week, am I hitting the biceps to hard!? Should I cut the days down for more recovery time!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

I think that 3 times a week is a bit much!. I wouldn't hit the bicep more than 2 times a week and space the workouts so you have 4 days between 1 workout and 3 between the next!.

I have found that for me, once a week is best!. I have tried more often and do not see the results!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

keep buffing!. if your arm gets sore stop!. what makes muscles bigger is tearing the muscle slightly!.!.!.so its gonna hurt a bit!. just don't over do it!. i used to go to the gym 5 days week my arms hurt for the first month!. but i kept going!.!. but i had a trainer maybe you should look into one!. Yeah you are curling WAY too much!. They should only be done AT MOST twice a week!. Www@Answer-Health@Com
