Help.. I'm worried I already ate TOO much today?!


Question: Help!.!. I'm worried I already ate TOO much today!?
For breakfast I had a 2 donut holes and about 5 or 6 chunks of watermelon, cantaloupe, pineapple mix!.

For lunch I had a small croissant (not a sandwich size), a banana, and a serving of progresso low sodium veggie soup!.

I'm paranoid to eat my chinese steamed broccoli n chicken for dinner!.

Will it be ok if I walk for 30 min and do my elliptical machine for 45 min before dinner!?!?

I'm trying to lose weight and dont want to even gain a pound back!.!. I need to keep losing!!! i was 153 lbs and am now 139 lbs !.!. im 5'5!.

Relax!. Take it easy!. If you veer from your diet for a day, it's not a disaster!. It might help you to stay on your course if you eat just a bit more protein for breakfast!. This will make you feel full longer into the day!. It also helps to drink 8 glasses of cold water a day!. Your body burns calories as it heats the water up!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
