Question: Is this enough exercise!? !?
I play an hour of basketball everyday,
and on the weekends I run/jog/walk!.
and 20min-30min of aerobics before I go to sleep every night!.
Sometimes if the weather is too hot, I play like 30 minutes of basketball!.
Is this enough exercise!?

I was also wondering if running and playing basketball help strength your stomach (fat)!?
