God I hope this isn't a homework assignment!. There are so many things wrong with these questions!.

1!. You can't answer that question unless the popcorn and chips are all she ate that day!. Plus you need to know her lean body mass to fat mass ratio to figure out what her basal metabolic rate is on calories burned to figure out how these would affect her "energy balance!."

2!. D!. BMI only uses height and weight to figure out their equation!.

3!. Unfortunately, C!.

4!. meh!. A!. but can be iffy unless taken every day and actually tracked!.

5!. A!.

6!. the answer that you are probably looking for is B, BUT there has never been a study that has proven that dietary cholesterol has ever lead to serum cholesterol!. Dietary cholesterol is destroyed in the digestive process and serum cholesterol is produced by the liver!. Serum cholesterol is produced by the liver and is most likely hereditary!.

7!. B

8!. Trick question!. It's B and D!. They provide energy but are not needed!. The body can create it's own energy from protein!. Which is why the whole no carb craze happened!.

A lot of non-answers but if this is for some health class or something, I think you can get the answers you needed from them!.
