Cold feet technique

Go plug up your bathtub and run really cold water until it's about 3 inches high!. Keep the water running and step into the bathtub barefoot!. Now start walking in place for 3 minutes!. One you're done, turn the water off and drain it out of the bathtub!.

The principle behind "cold water treading" is that the cold water forces the body into fat burning thermogenesis because the cold water is SHOCKING the core temperature of your body!. Basically, you're fooling your body into thinking you're going to freeze (don't worry, you're fine) and it slightly raises it's internal temperature to bring your body back to it's normal temperature!.

But in doing that, the body burns off fat to accomplish that!. It's a neat little trick!. The best time to do this is either right after your normal shower!.!.!. especially when it's in the morning!. In fact, because of the cold water treading, your body is kinda on-guard and watching for that again so it maintains this fat burning thermogenesis for up to 8-10 hours after you've done it!.

The obvious way to burn fat is to eat less and move more often, the difficulties appear when we actually try to put that into practice! There are lots of stumbling blocks in the real world don't you think!?! I learned some splendid help by checking out the site in the box below, they have lots of instruction, I melted away 10 pounds by doing as they advised!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Actually if you are cold enough to shiver you will burn calories!. On the opposite end; if you eat foods that warm you up like soup, you will feel full faster and as a result eat less!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
