Im not hungry, but weak so I need to eat?!


Question: Im not hungry, but weak so I need to eat!?
I have been ill, I think I got the flu but whatever it is, im not eating, today I had a piece of toast but that's it and im really not hungry but tonight im really weak and need to eat something

is it ok if I don't!? and when im better, I will start eating!? or is this weakness telling me I need to eat!? If I leave it and im like it for the next few days im scared my body will get use to it and I wont want to eat!.

can some 1 name some food that will help me but thats not very filling as im really not hungry and I feel sickWww@Answer-Health@Com

as long as you stay hydrated you will be fine!. make sure you keep plenty of fluids in you!. try a little broth at first!. maybe some jello!. then work your way up to toast and things like that!. when you are feeling better your appetite will come back!. just for now plenty of fluids, some tylenol for fevers and aches and plenty of rest!. if not feeling better in a couple of days see your doc!. It is always a good idea to give your body nourishment, even if you have a cold or flu!. The body reacts badly if you don`t eat!. I would recommend some broth chicken or beef whatever you prefer it gives your system something to work with and helps you feel better as well!.

they say when you feel like that you should eat when you feel ready and eat what you fancy you will feel sick cos your stomach is empty it wont harm you not to eat if your ill youl eat when you feel ready try oxtail or chicken soup even cereal is good lucozade is very good will help you if you cant yet eat all the best with getting better Www@Answer-Health@Com

eat some fruit!. If you don't eat you'll get worse!. You can eat some vitamin tablets to raise ur immune system up a bit, but not eating is not tolerable!. You'll lose a lot of weight (which isn't good!.) So just eat at least a banana or an apple Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yes you need to eat something so you can gain your strength back!. Soup is always good when you are sick!. So is jello or pudding!. You could also have another piece of toast if that sounds good to you!. Or what about a Popsicle or some icecream!?!?Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you like it, try a teaspoon of bovril in hot water!. My mum used to swear by it and it's not too filling!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
