Question: Is there any low cost and low calorie but good tasting recipes!?
Im 17 and weigh around 275 so i really want to lose weight!. I have a habit of eating late because my work but am trying to cut that out of the picture!. The thing is my parents don't want to eat what i am gunna eat and i know about the portions but how do you know how much to eat!? and im trying to find something that wont kill my budget so if you know some healthy type meals that you can get from normal grocery store that'd help sooo much!. i was eating wraps, no fat yogurt, salad, and fruit but i don't like salad everyday so i need main meals!. I also want to know if jogging is good!.!.!.!.i cant afford the gym so i need to be able to do stuff around me i usually walk/jog on a canal near me so if you can help with main meal recipes or workout ideas that' be great thanks Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you jog at 275 pounds you will get injured sooner or later!.Cutting calories is not the way,at 275 you need more calories sitting down than a skinny person uses walking!.Eat less carbs,no more than 30 grams per day but eat lots of fish,eggs,meat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
