I need some "healthy" help. Please! ?!


Question: I need some "healthy" help!. Please! !?
I realize that I may be asking a lot of someone but I was hoping that I could find someone who could suggest a meal plan, suggest food and or email me (gurley2109@yahoo!.com) a plan that you have designed!.

I am seventeen year old girl!. I weigh 170 stand at about 5'3!. I am no where near looking obese but I know that I am in really bad body mass range!. I don't eat well because I eat what is easy!. (lots of pastas and crap!) I really want to change for me!. I had an eat disorder over a year ago that was a two year long process and I am doing better with it!. I used to only eat an apple a day and drink 5 bottles of water!. Basically I was subbing water for food!. I did drop weight but I was very unhealthy I am trying to not go back to that!. Its a struggle honestly!. If you can help me out---I can't tell you enough how thankful I would be!. Thanks in advance!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Hmmm ok ill try to help give me a couple days and Ill try to help out!. My email is red_link5@yahoo!.com so if you get one from that its me!. It might be a bit basic but it will tell you what you need to know!. If possible send me a email with the kind of stuff you eat for breakfast lunch and dinner!. Like for example for breakfast if you eat cereal or toast!. Doesnt need to be detailed just your diet in general!.

A major thing though is portions!. Some people try to eat healthy foods but dont lose weight!. Usually they might eat too much!. So if you think you eat to much dont immediatly drop a lot of food!. Just very gradually eat less!.

Also try not to snack a lot!. especially when watching tv!. A treat is ok every once in while though dont deny yourself bad food completely!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

If you are really serious about getting healthy, I recommend you follow the Body for Life program!. (see link below)
This is an exercise and diet program that you can customize to meet your current status and ramp up as you improve!. Borrow the book from your local library or buy it from the bookstore!. The website has spreadsheets you can download to help you organize your workouts and even organize your daily meals!.

You should follow the basic weight watcher plan!. Fruits and veggies 5 servings a day, two servings of milk or milk product i!.e!. yogurt, pudding, not ice cream (too much sugar) 2 to 3 servings of lean meat 3 to 4 oz per serving, 2 tablespoons of healthy oil daily, fish, olive, basic omega 3's, whole grains, whole wheat pasta, whole grain breads, basically look for things that say whole grain and/or wheat with high fiber!.

I know what it is like to struggle with weight been there my whole life!. I have been obese!. I am not anymore!. But I still have weight to lose to be more healthy!.

Hi Kylee! Well let me start off by saying I am also 17 and weigh 121 lbs, not to mention i'm only 4'10! That may not be bad but believe me when i say this, I am seriously the most laziest person ever! So, I had to find out a way to not gain weight!. Drink only water with meals (forget the soda drinks anywhere u go!), exercise atleast 30 minutes a day, every day; lose those pastas and snacks (I know its hard, I swear I must've been Italian in a past life!); and finally eat small portions of food five times a day including your veggies and fruits! Okay, well you said that you were eating a lot of pastas!. That's your first problem!. Pasta has a giant number of carbs in it!. Okay so for breakfast you could have oatmeal, or cereal or toast!. if that's not enough to fill you up have a yogurt with it or something!. Onto lunch, you could have like a peanut butter and jelly sandwich or some other type of sandwich but don't overload on like mayo or anything!. If you don't like sandwiches you could have easy mac-mac and cheese!. Whatever you have for lunch don't over-load it!. Also have some type of fruit or vegetable with it or yogurt (sorry i love yogurt =] )!. It will help fill you up while staying healthy!. For dinner you could have sandwiches also but not two in one day!. Or you could have tacos or pasta but not too much pasta or you could really make anything you want for dinner but just remember try to have a fruit with every meal and don't over-load on anything!.
