Would you say my diet is healthy for a teenager?!

Question: Would you say my diet is healthy for a teenager!?
This is what I eat on an average week day:

Breakfast - Nothing, except some juice

Lunch - Just snack type food like 100 calorie packs or chips (I don't like the hot lunch program and I can't bring a cold lunch)

Snack after school - This is more of my lunch!. I have something like homemade pizza, homemade sloppy joes!.!.!.

Dinner - Usually some type of meat, potatoes, and maybe another vegetable or bread

Nighttime snack - Something like ice cream pr another 100 calorie pack or something and some juice and maybe some milk!.!.!.

Weekend:
Breakfast - Homemade pancakes or waffles or something, eggs, and bacon (I know its bad but its only on the weekends and I don't eat a ton)

Lunch - Mac and cheese, chicken!.!.!.

Dinner - Same as during the week!.!.!.

I have gym so I run 3 - 5 days a week and we play games like soccer, basketball, hockey!.!.!.

I am not overweight and I am not trying to lose weight!. I also know that I need to work on eating more fruits and vegetables!!

Would you consider my diet healthy for a teenager!?!? Www@Answer-Health@Com

Answers:
You are absolutly healthy and have a good balance between food and exercise!. It's really good to eat something in the morning though beacause that gets your metabolism going and gives you energy to start the day!. I was never a breakfast person and recently I started eating toast with crunchy peanut butter and I couldn't believe how much more energy I had throughout the day!. Lots of fruits and veggies to, but you know that!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

Yeah, it's pretty good!. (Your diet is making me hungry!.!.!.) Just make sure that you get your servings of fruits and vegetables!. Your lunch, for example, you could substitute an apple or something instead of chips!. And if you are the type of person that can't eat breakfast in the morning, then I understand you only having fruit!. But you need a healthy solid breakfast to function well throughout the day!.

Whatever floats your boat!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

Not really, If your into working out and sports!. You should be eating allot more proteins and carbs your metabolism is high and needs more fuels to run!. I would recommend a better breakfast and include eggs or a protein rich substitute!. as for the rest of the day you can definitely use more fruits and veggies!. Hope this helps!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

your diet doesnt sound to bad all foods are ok but it is the amount you eat that matters like dont eat 8 waffles but 2 or 3 is okay and instead of calorie packs eat fruit or carrots its way better for you your a teenager we need to eat alotWww@Answer-Health@Com

No, its really not!. You need to be eating a healthy breakfast, and 100 calorie packs are actually bad for you, the amount of sugar they have in them in the long run ends up being alot of extra fat!. Www@Answer-Health@Com

yeah it seems healthy!. if you just want an average body!. it seems good!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

i think you should eat a fruit for breakfast, at the very least!. maybe toast!. breakfast gets ur digestion system going so you don't get sick or anything throughout the day and so things don't get blocked (ok, i don't know the ACTUAL reason, but that was just a guess)!.
i'm a girl and eat 1 1/2 of what you eat, so!. !. !.yeah!. maybe add on a little bit!.
i swim 3 times a week for 2 hours each day!. i run pretty much every day minus the days when i'm too lazy to run (eh hem!. !. !.like 3 days a week are spend on my butt) and i play soccer when its in season!.
so i have a reason to eat more than you!.
and that makes me think you should!. !. !.run more and join a sport or 2!. that way you'll get in shape and be healthier (i know you say ur not fat and not skinny, but it doesn't mean ur body is healthy and safe!. average size people get diabetes every day)!.
so!. !. !.good luck! and maybe think about joining sports, adding veggies and fruits, and eating breakfast!Www@Answer-Health@Com
