How can I get past my plateau?!

Question: How can I get past my plateau!?
Trying to lose 12 pounds of post-pregnancy weight!. I've lost 7 so far and seem to have hit my plateau with 5 more pounds to lose!. My regular routine was 30 minutes on the machine at an incline!. I have upped that to 40-45 minutes still on the incline, altering between moderate walking and fast walking!. I also watch what I eat!. Typically, breakfast is a SlimFast (180 calories), lunch is a Kashi bar and water (145 calories), and dinner is a normal meal!.

I feel like I am doing so much already not sure what else I can change up to get past this plateau!. Any suggestions or tips that worked for you!? I know I could simply search for some ideas but I want tips from people who have been in this same situation!. Thanks!! Www@Answer-Health@Com

I would recommend cross training!. Your body can start to predict the workout you are doing, and hold off on burning fat stores while walking!. Try going faster at no incline, sprinting for a bit, walking at a huge incline!.!.!.or another sport!. Cycling, swimming!. Also, weight lifting can help a ton!. You may not lose weight, but convert the weight to muscle, which does burn more fat, and you will trim right down!. In fact, that may be part of your trouble!.!.!.getting more muscle in the rear from walking on the incline!. Pay attention to your measurements!. If the weight holds, but the measurements go down still, then you are still good!.
Also, try working out at about 60-80% max heartrate (roughly 220-age) for max fat burning and cardio health!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

It is a possibility to lose weight rapidly but you should be realistic and comprehend that if you lose weight rapidly then you will probably put it all back on again just as rapidly!. I lost 9 pounds for the last month when I had a wedding to go to, and I did it by following the instruction presented on the site in the box below!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

You need a fitness program that is properly structured to progressively get more challenging as you get fitter while giving you appropriate amount of time to recover and bounce back stronger!.

I would recommend having a look at Fitter U (it worked for me!)

It looks like you need P90X!. P90X is a 90 day extreme home fitness program designed to get you in the best shape possible!. It comes with a complete nutrition guide that actually plans out all of your meals for all 90 days!. It uses a concept called muscle confusion to allow you to get past that plateau and continue towards your weight loss goals!.
I've used the program to gain 16 lbs of muscle and lose 13 lbs of fat, but there is a lean workout schedule included with the program that is designed specifically for women who just want to lose the extra fat while not getting manly muscles!.

I've included links to my personal P90X results video, an unbiased online P90X review, and my personal blog site below!.
