What will I need to do to start this?!


Question: What will I need to do to start this!?
Alright, I have a wedding to go to in a little over 2 months, I want to look my best so I can wear a dress!. I would like to drop 1-2 inch's in the following places
-Stomach
-Sides
-Thighs
-Butt
-Arms
The things I have that I can use:
-Dance Dance Revolution
-One five pound dumbbell
-A yoga ball
-Yoga stretch bands
The bad things:
-I can't walk, jog, run outdoors it is wayyy too cold
-Im gone for 7 hours a day!.!.!.!.
Goal weight loss:
20 pounds would be great !

Any tips at all!.!.!. Please help me !

I would recommend an aerobics class!. One of those whipped my butt into shape a few years ago!.

To lose inches, you need to do cardio!. The only thing that you mentioned that would help was dance dance revolution, and you'd want to keep your heart rate up for at least 20 min!. 3-6 times a week for it to help!. You can't lose inches in specific places, but you will lose fat by doing aerobic activites!.Www@Answer-Health@Com

The best thing you could do is join a gym!. There are many aerobics classes, as well as personal trainers that would both help you with this goal!.Www@Answer-Health@Com
